Ashley Huard, LMHC, is a dedicated and compassionate therapist who offers specialized care to individuals of all ages, including children, teens, and adults, navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, intellectual disabilities, and stress. With a deep commitment to providing effective support, Ashley creates a safe and nurturing space for clients to process their emotions, build resilience, and achieve personal growth.


With three years of experience in an adolescent residential setting, Ashley has witnessed firsthand the transformative power of skill-building and trauma processing. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in a strengths-based, empathetic, and client-centered framework. She integrates a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, and other creative clinical interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.


Ashley understands the courage it takes to face emotional struggles, and she is dedicated to walking alongside her clients in their journey toward healing and well-being.
