Olivia Datre, LMSW
Pre-Licensed Clinician
Olivia often meets clients at an invisible crossroads—the place where everything appears fine from the outside, yet inside there’s a quiet struggle. Many of the individuals she supports are emerging adults and young professionals who’ve spent years being responsible, capable, and composed… all while wrestling with perfectionism, self-doubt, or the constant hum of anxiety.
In Olivia’s therapy space, there’s no pressure to perform, fix everything at once, or pretend you’re okay. Instead, sessions become a place to breathe, to question old patterns, and to be deeply honest with yourself—perhaps for the first time.
Her approach blends practical CBT tools with deeper insight work, helping clients understand why certain thoughts and behaviors show up, not just how to manage them. Olivia is also trained in the Gottman Method, which informs her work with couples and relational dynamics—guiding partners to communicate more openly, repair more effectively, and reconnect with intention.
She is passionate about working with anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem, relationship stress, and those who live high-functioning lives yet feel overwhelmed underneath it all. Olivia believes true change doesn’t come from forcing ourselves to “be better,” but from learning to understand and care for ourselves differently.
If you’re tired of holding it all in and quietly hoping something will shift, Olivia offers a place to finally set it down.
