Tyler Brassard, LMHC
Pre-Licensed Clinician
Tyler understands that we are living in a world where the weight of daily life can quietly wear us down. Responsibilities grow, support systems shrink, and many people learn to carry heavy emotions alone. You might look steady on the surface while privately wrestling with anxiety, low self-esteem, or the feeling that your relationships are harder to maintain than they used to be. Maybe you’ve always identified with struggle, or perhaps recent events have left you feeling fearful, unseen, or disconnected.
Tyler’s therapeutic space is built on respect, calm presence, and genuine human connection. He believes healing begins when we are finally given permission to pause—when someone meets us without judgment and says, “You don’t have to go through this alone.”
His approach integrates practical strategies with deeper exploration, helping clients understand not only how to cope, but why certain emotional patterns return. Tyler works extensively with anxiety, depression, and trauma, supporting teens and adults as they navigate identity, relationships, and the inner narratives that shape their lives. He is affirming of LGBTQ+ identities, men’s emotional health, and those who have long felt that they must “hold it together” at all costs.
At the heart of Tyler’s work is the belief that people heal through relationships—relationships where they are seen, heard, and valued for their uniqueness. He meets clients exactly where they are, walking alongside them as they build resilience, rediscover hope, and move toward a more grounded self.
If you’re tired of carrying it all on your own, Tyler offers a steady place to set it down.
